The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has outlined clear mechanisms for handling complaints arising from the internship recruitment exercise. Applicants dissatisfied with the process must file written complaints with their County Directors and send a copy via email to [email protected] within seven days of the selection.
County Directors are required to analyze and address complaints within a week and report actions taken to TSC headquarters. Where an applicant is dissatisfied with the County Director’s decision, or where the complaint involves the County Director, the matter may be escalated to the Appeals Committee at TSC headquarters.
The Appeals Committee is mandated to investigate and resolve disputes within 14 days. Merit lists will also be made available to the public upon request, in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
This grievance mechanism ensures fairness and provides a platform for redress, reducing potential disputes that have marred recruitment exercises in the past.
